In purchases made with credit cards issued in Brazil, there are two ways of tickets delivery:

  1. Home delivery - subject to taxes and delivery service coverage, due to the zip code.
  2. Get your tickets on the venue´s ticket-office (will call) one hour before the match. Buyer must present original credit card, original ID or driver's license and purchase number.

Credit cards issued by international banks

  1. In purchases made with credit cards issued by international banks, buyers must get the tickets on the venue´s ticket-office (will call) until four hours before the match. Buyer must present original credit card, original ID or passport and purchase number.
